Hundreds of hospice care facilities across the country were found to have serious deficiencies and many racked up complaints according to an investigation by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General and obtained by NBC News. Erin Bliss, assistant inspector general of HHS OIG explains to NBC News what the study found and how these facilities can be improved.
