Today, federal authorities announced the shipment of contaminated waste from the train derailment site in East Palestine would resume tomorrow to two new locations in Ohio. This latest development comes after officials announced yesterday that they were halting shipments of the toxic train waste to two EPA-approved disposal sites in Michigan and one in Texas. A move Wayne County, Michigan executive Warren Evans says he felt blindsided by last week when the arrival of tons of contaminated soil and water came in.
