IBM moves retirees to health exchanges

IBM plans to transfer 110,000 U.S. retirees in 2014 off its company sponsored health plan and shift them to a private insurance exchange as a way to lower costs for retirees in the future.  They are not the only ones.  Many companies are doing the same, changing the way companies offer medical care to their employees.  NBC's Tom Costello has the story.
