On Tuesday, Kansas will be the first state to vote on abortion since the recent Supreme Court decision. Right now, the state constitution protects abortion rights in Kansas. But on the ballot is the “Value Them Both” amendment which, if passed, would open the door to restrictions or a ban. Recent polling shows that 47% support the amendment, 43% oppose it, and the rest are undecided. Aug. 1, 2022
