Nationally, opioid-related deaths among Latinos have increased nearly four percent since the pandemic and many face cultural barriers when trying to find treatment. NBC News’ Morgan Radford takes us to Casa Esperanza, just one of two bilingual addiction centers in Boston, for a closer look at the problem.
