Minneapolis police chief speaks out as ongoing protests call for justice for George Floyd


Chief Medaria Arradondo is cutting off contract negotiations with the police union, but is resisting calls to abolish the Minneapolis Police Department. Arradondo says he refuses to mention the name of fired officer Derek Chauvin, who was in early plea negotiations before his arrest in the death of George Floyd.
