Molly Seidel ran her first marathon at Olympic trials. Now she’s a member of Team USA.

Molly Seidel, a cross country star through high school and college, had never run a marathon until Olympic trials, where she finished second and secured a spot on Team USA. In 2016, she checked herself into a mental health facility for obsessive-compulsive and eating disorders. With the support of her family, she’s set to run her third marathon in Tokyo.
