The Michigan branch of the ACLU filed a complaint Tuesday asking Meijer Pharmacy to create a policy requiring pharmacists to give patients their prescriptions, regardless of the pharmacists’ beliefs, after Rachel Peterson was denied medication she needed following a miscarriage.
