Schools pushing for Covid funding to be used for students who fell behind during pandemic

The federal government gave schools $184 billion in emergency Covid relief funding, some of which is being used on construction projects to upgrade facilities and give them more space. However, some educators believe more of the money should be going towards tutoring students who fell behind during the pandemic.
