Starbucks apologizes after 6 Arizona police officers reportedly asked to leave store

Six police officers left an Arizona Starbucks on the Fourth of July after a staffer asked them to move because a customer was uncomfortable in their presence. The Tempe Officers Association called the situation “disheartening” and on Sunday said they hope it can be a learning opportunity. The coffee giant has apologized publicly and in person as it hopes to quell the #DumpStarbucks controversy.
