Survivors make their voices heard ahead of Vatican summit on sex abuse

The Catholic church is facing a cascade of damning revelations of sexual abuse by priests, with the latest statistics showing more than 6,800 priests have been credibly accused of sexual abuse since 1950 by 19,000 victims. Survivors will not be allowed inside this week’s Vatican summit on sex abuse.
