Suspected serial killer charged in deaths of 12 elderly women

The suspect, a Kenyan citizen who officials say was living in the U.S. illegally, was arrested last year in connection with the death of an 81-year-old woman and was charged with killing at least 11 more elderly women this week.May 17, 2019
