Three of the world’s top climbers feared dead after avalanche


A trio of elite climbers — Austrians David Lama, Hansjoerg Auer, and American Jess Roskelley — failed to check in with family while climbing Howse Peak in Alberta’s Banff National Park. Authorities launched a search of the area and found climbing equipment buried by evidence of an avalanche.
