U.S. and Taliban on brink of signing peace deal

The deal comes after more than 18 years of war between the U.S. and the Taliban. Under the terms, the U.S. will draw down troops to 8,600 as a start. The Taliban will reduce violence, reject al Qaeda, fight ISIS and enter into a possibly power sharing agreement with the Afghan government.
