NBC News, in partnership with Reuters, has discovered a black market for internationally adopted children that thrives online with little to no federal oversight. Gary and Lisa Barnes adopted Russian-born Anna from another American couple when she was 11 years old. They then re-homed her to a couple in Illinois, the third family Anna lived with in the span of six years. NBC’s Kate Snow spoke with Anna. Sept. 10, 2013
