Just a day after making a surprise visit to Ukraine, President Biden is in Poland where he will deliver remarks marking one year since Russia invaded Ukraine, while President Putin delivers a speech accusing the West of provoking the war. NBC News’ Josh Lederman reports from Warsaw.
