Black Community torn apart by a highway still healing more than 50 years later


Highway construction tore through Rondo in the 1950s, St. Paul's largest Black Community. Now, they're still dealing with the effects. But their story is not unique. It happened in scores of communities around the country. President Biden's infrastructure plan seeks to address the past harm, but will it be enough? NBC News Now's Maura Barrett reports.
