“The whole point of me running the 100 marathons for dreamers was essentially just to showcase that this person is just like any other chasing their dreams," said Jocelyn Rivas. Rivas was born in El Salvador and brought to the U.S. when she was 6-years-old. NBC News’ Tom Llamas reports.
