Dozens more claim wrongful arrest from Chicago police extortion scandal

New information has come to light about an extortion racket in Chicago, run by two police officers. Since their 2013 arrest, 87 people arrested by those officers and their squad have been exonerated, and dozens more are demanding their charges be cleared, too. NBC News’ Jon Schuppe reports.
