Dutch court orders Shell to cut carbon emissions by 45 percent by 2030


In a landmark case brought by several environmental organizations, a Dutch court has ordered oil giant Shell to cut its CO-2 emissions by 45 percent by 2030, while a group of teenagers in Australia have been granted duty of care when the government makes decisions involving climate change.
