The Federal Reserve has raised interest rates by 0.5% in hopes to slow down inflation, which is the seventh rate hike of the year. The increase is due in part to the consumer price index report announced indicating inflation is now at 7.1%, down two points from June. NBC's Brian Cheung reports. Dec. 14, 2022
