New York City residents are on high alert as police search for a man riding a moped who allegedly carried out a disturbing string of attacks. NBC News’ Maya Eaglin reports on how officials are saying the suspect has sexually assaulted at least seven women all across Brooklyn since August with most of the incidents occurring in broad daylight.
