Push for clemency as Julius Jones execution nears in Oklahoma

The state of Oklahoma is scheduled to execute Julius Jones who was convicted in the 1999 murder of Paul Howell. Jones' family and advocates are pushing for Governor Kevin Stitt to use his executive power to call off the execution. NBC News' Vaughn Hillyard has the latest.
