U.S. announces new Huawei charges, Justice Department drops McCabe case

The U.S. is accusing Huawei, the world’s largest telecom equipment maker, of stealing trade secrets from its competitors in the U.S. and assisting Iran in monitoring anti-government protesters in 2009. The Department of Justice say they will not charge former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe for allegedly lying to investigators about giving information to the media.
