Voters of color are disproportionately seeing ballots flagged for rejection


Every year, thousands of mail-in ballots are flagged because of voter errors. NBC New and Target Smart reviewed data from 60,000 spoiled ballots and discovered that ballots from voters of color are marked for rejection at a higher rate than white voters in Georgia and Florida.
