Los Angeles County reported a surge in coronavirus cases over the Fourth of July weekend while continuing to struggle with the demand for tests. NBC News’ Gadi Schwartz reports from Dodger Stadium, which has been used as a testing center, where he had to inform a frustrated resident the site was temporarily closed.
