DERRY, N.H. -- Hillary Clinton kicked off her 2016 with a campaign town hall here where she talked to Democrats about the importance of winning in November, discussed her positions issues from gun control to the minimum wage and had her first run-in of the new year with a heckler.

During a question and answer period, one woman in the audience continued to shout a question at Clinton, who had made clear that she would call on audience members one at a time. After several shouts, she told the woman, "you are very rude and I’m not gonna ever call on you."

The woman later told NBC News that she is New Hampshire State Rep. Katherine Prudhomme O’Brien and was attempting to ask a question about past accusations of sexual impropriety against former President Bill Clinton, who will campaign for his wife for the first time tomorrow in New Hampshire.
