Hillary Clinton Tweets, Live-Texts Supporters During Republican Debate

Watch GOP Candidates Go After Hillary Clinton at Debate 1:34

A pessimist, a hypocrite, a liar — the Republican field pulled no punches in their attacks on Hillary Clinton during Wednesday’s presidential debate on CNBC.

"Let me tell you," Mike Huckabee told the audience, "Donald Trump would be a better president every day of the week and twice on Sunday rather than Hillary."

"I am Hillary Clinton's worst nightmare," Carly Fiorina said, after earlier accusing the Democratic front-runner of hypocrisy and being "demonstrably bad for women."

Chris Christie characterized Clinton as a pessimist who wouldn't get "within 10 miles of the White House" if he won the GOP nomination. Marco Rubio said Clinton had been exposed as "a liar" during last week's hearing on the Benghazi attack.

"I'm not running against Governor Bush. I’m not running against anyone on this stage," Rubio said. "I'm running for president because there is no way we can elect Hillary Clinton to continue the policies of Barack Obama."

However, Clinton managed to get in a few jabs of her own — and seemed to be enjoying it — as she tweeted and live-texted her supporters.

"For a surgeon, Ben Carson has a pretty poor diagnosis," she wrote in one text message. "Seems to me: 10 candidates. 0 ideas," she wrote in another.

"Over here getting texts from my girl Hillary. She's LOLing about this debate," wrote one Twitter user, who was then retweeted by Clinton's account.

And Clinton's final response to it all? A casual flick off the shoulder (watch below).
