Don Blankenship, a former coal mining company owner who served a year in prison for his role in a disaster that left 29 miners dead, conceded that he lost the Republican Senate primary in West Virginia. NBC News projects West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey wins the GOP primary, and will face Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin in November.
