President Barack Obama greeted soldiers armed with photo snapping cell phones on Wednesday during his visit to the U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base.

Obama was there meeting with top commanders to discuss the strategy he will take against ISIS. During the visit, Obama addressed an auditorium filled with soldiers and reiterated his promise to not send ground troops to the region.
