U.S. Capitol Police investigated a suspicious vehicle Tuesday near the Capitol in Washington, D.C. The vehicle was near New Jersey Ave. & C St NW. Law enforcement personnel interviewed an unidentified person in connection with the incident. An all clear was given around 5:45 pm ET.
