Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, a former cast member on the MTV reality series "Jersey Shore," was arrested Tuesday after a scuffle at a tanning salon (naturally). Sorrentino, 31, was charged with simple assault after the afternoon brawl at the Boca salon in Middletown Township, N.J., which he and his family own and operate, according to The Associated Press. The reality star catapulted to national fame after "Jersey Shore," which chronicled the rowdy and raunchy exploits of a group of Seaside Heights friends, became a hit for MTV in 2009. The series ran until 2012.
