Take a Virtual Vacation

If you just need to get away from it all, but are unfortunately stuck in the office, take a virtual vacation. Check out a live stream of Kaanapali Beach in Hawaii, where voters get to experience Election Day in paradise.


There are a number of apps that will lead you through guided meditations that can help you regain some zen during an otherwise crazy time.

Another option: Search YouTube for "guided meditation" where there are a number of great choices.

We're not saying you'll necessarily sleep better tonight if the result doesn't go your way, but it's at least a start.
