When The Weather Channel's Jim Cantore shows up in your neighborhood, it's a safe bet you just experienced a major meteorological event. That was the case for residents of Augusta, Georgia -- a city known for its lush greenery and rolling golf fairways -- when they woke up to the aftermath of a major ice storm Thursday morning.
