New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio rode the Subway on Friday to stem fears among New Yorkers worried about the possible spread of Ebola virus in the city. Mayor de Blasio sent a tweet reassuring New York City residents that officials are working closely with health authorities to keep the city Ebola-free. The mayor rode the train and spoke with passengers before giving a press conference in the afternoon.
