For many survivors, a cure is not the end of their ordeal. Dattu Lahai, seen praying at her home, came back from a Sierra Leone treatment center to find those around her distant and fearful because of misinformation about the illness.

Ebola has infected at least 13,000 people in West Africa, and killed at least 5,000.
