NASA's most social media-friendly astronaut captured this striking look at Tropical Storm Arthur from aboard the International Space Station on Wednesday. The storm that could swamp July 4th weekend barbecues prompted a hurricane watch along parts of North Carolina on Wednesday, and forecasters cautioned that by Thursday it could become a minor hurricane. Astronaut Reid Wiseman, who posted a photo as the ISS passed over one of the World Cup host cities and shot a Vine of a lightning storm from orbit, tweeted the image of the storm.
