New surveillance video has surfaced that appears to show suspected bomber Ahmad Rahami wheeling a suitcase containing a pressure cooker bomb on a New York City street Saturday night.
That device, the second of two placed in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, did not explode and was found and removed by police and a bomb squad after another device exploded inside a dumpster, injuring 31 people.
In the video, first obtained by NBC New York, Ahmad Rahami is seen walking down West 27th Street at around 8:30 p.m., which is around the time the bomb in the dumpster on West 23rd Street blew up.
The video shows a man who looks like Rahami appear to unzip the bag containing the bomb, and then continue to walk down the street, wheeling the luggage behind him.

Two other men later found the luggage, removed the pressure cooker from the bag, and then took the luggage while leaving the device behind, the FBI said Wednesday.
Authorities released surveillance pictures of those two men on Wednesday, and said investigators want to speak with them. Police stressed Wednesday that they are only considered witnesses.
Rahami was wounded in a shootout with police in Linden, New Jersey, on Monday and was taken into custody.

Rahami on Tuesday was charged with several federal counts in two jurisdictions, including using weapons of mass destruction, for the bombing in Manhattan and two other explosive devices left in New Jersey. No one was hurt in the New Jersey incidents.
Rahami was also charged by a county prosecutor with five counts of attempted murder of a police officer in New Jersey.
