South Korea Ferry Sank Within Sight of Land

The South Korean ferry that capsized with 476 aboard sank very close to land, NBC News' Carlo Angerer observed during a boat trip to the search and rescue area off the coast on Friday.

The vast majority of the 300 people who are dead or missing are students from a high school near Seoul.
