The newest software update for iPhones and iPads will feature more gender diverse emojis, Apple announced Monday.

The iOS 10 update, which will be released this fall, will feature new gender options for existing emoji characters, including female athletes and working professionals. It will also add rainbow flags and different family options, such as single-parent families, to the emoji repertoire.

“Apple is working closely with the Unicode Consortium to ensure that popular emoji characters reflect the diversity of people everywhere,” the company said in a press release.

iOS 10 will feature more than 100 new and redesigned emojis in total. Most notably, Apple has opted to exchange a squirt gun emoji in place of the revolver.
