From media newsrooms and Hollywood casting offices to the halls of Congress and backs of restaurant kitchens, allegations of sexual misconduct have led to men in leadership positions losing their jobs. All the while, the balance of power between men and women in the workplace has been called into question — along with what's considered appropriate behavior, both between peers and from superiors.
