In an effort to raise awareness for muscular dystrophy, Tyler Armstrong, 9, and his father climbed to the summit of Argentina’s Aconcagua, the highest point in the Andes mountain range and all of the Americas. Armstrong is now the youngest person to conquer 23,000 vertical peak.Dec. 29, 2013
