'Crime of our times': 51 million flee conflict and persecution

For the first time since World War II, more than 50 million people are refugees from conflict or persecution, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees announced Friday. Half of the refugees are under age 18. "The suffering of women and children is something that represents the crime of our times," UNHCR head Antonio Guterres told NBC's Ann Curry.June 20, 2014
