New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that New York City will allow indoor dining at 25 percent starting on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. The governor also said on March 15, wedding receptions of up to 50 percent or 150 people will be permitted in New York if every guest is tested and local health officials approve of the event.Jan. 29, 2021
