Family of Markeis McGlockton, killed over a parking spot, speaks out about 'stand your ground law'

Markeis McGlockton was shot and killed by Michael Drejka over an argument in a handicapped parking spot. No charges were filed in the case and the documents say Drejka’s concealed weapon’s license was valid. McGlockton's family speaks out in frustration of Florida’s ‘stand your ground’ law. Floridians have been able to justify using deadly force in order to "prevent imminent death or great bodily harm."
