Cop fired for refusing to shoot suspect gets $175,000 settlement


A former West Virginia police officer who says he was fired for not shooting a suspect in 2016, saying he believed the man was attempting "suicide-by-cop," will get a $175,000 settlement from his former department. WPXI's Rick Earle reports.Feb.13.2018
