Almost a year ago, Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee dumped millions of pounds of sediment, garbage, and sewage into the Chesapeake Bay. But the worst of the devastation didn't appear until this past summer- in the form of a massive fish kill. NBC's Katie Wall reports.Sept. 28, 2012
