A special prosecutor said he will not pursue criminal charges against two Atlanta police officers involved in the 2020 fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks. Former Gwinnett County District Attorney Daniel Porter said the officers' “use of deadly force was objectively reasonable and that they did not act with criminal intent.”
