Today marks two full weeks of the government shutdown. For eight hundred thousand government employees that means two weeks without pay. We spoke to one executive branch staffer—who we’re calling “Sally”—about how she and her colleagues view the shutdown. We agreed to conceal her identity because she's concerned about potential repercussions when she returns to work.
