At the National Sheriffs' Association annual conference, Kirstjen Nielsen denies that the Department of Homeland Security is intentionally acting in "immoral and disgraceful" ways. "Don’t believe the press, they are very well taken care of," Nielsen says of immigrant children being separated from their parents.
